Hi! I'm Sevak Hakoyan


I am the founder of Hako Foto Real Estate Photography. I have over 7 years of experience photographing real estate that reaches almost to a staggering Billion dollar worth of properties. I believe in the importance of sharing my knowledge to open the minds of those who are ready. There is an abundance of photography work out there for everyone. “If you never act, you will never know”.

My work has been published by El Decor, LA Times and many other influential online articles. I worked aside many accomplished agents and Interior Designers. What started as a hobby has turned into a profitable Photography Business generating close to 6 figures a year.


Although I love photographing each listing myself, I also believe in the importance of building a business that doesn't entirely depend on me. My system around Hako Foto allows me to spend more time with my family and my 1 year old.

I am self-taught so I believe in the importance of the right research.
